Caretaker(s) - Brookings, OR

We are looking for caretakers to care for our property, houses, and guests. Our family owns 36 acres on the Chetco River, 30 minutes up river from Brookings, Oregon. Our property has a caretakers house, a Cottage, Main Lodge, chicken coup, garden, and a small vineyard. We are off grid and located along the river. We would like caretakers who can maintain the off grid system, the grounds, the houses, and the guests.

We pay $1250/month.

Responsibilities - knowledge of off grid systems or willingness to learn, keep grounds clean and tidy, ready houses for guests, fix small items around the houses and grounds.

Requirements - good communication, willingness to learn, some knowledge of landscaping, some knowledge of maintenance

Physical requirements - use a chainsaw, bending over for weeding, walking the property
