Resident Management Team for Mini Storage Facility - Tacoma, WA

Couple wanted to manage mini storage property in Tacoma, WA. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with paid utilities included with the position. Seeking to fill 2 full-time positions requiring light maintenance. Standard work week is Monday through Thursday 9-6 and Sunday 12:30-4:30. AVAILABLE NOW.

Candidates must be organized and detail oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure day to day operations of the property are completed as requested by the property manager
• Record daily receipts
• Daily bank deposits
• Daily inspections of the property
• Repairs made to the property as needed
• Move in/out inspections
• Assist bad debt collections
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Other misc tasks as assigned by the property manager
