After that, continuation will be considered. This is a live in position, labor for rent, ability to work for money/ prefered with experience.

That said, a lot of your requirements should be in the building trades, cottage industry, farming, and household upkeep. This is a project property being developed for sustainable industries and charities. Like minded persons with as many talents, such as, accounting/book keeping, computer know how, cottage industry, the arts, community outreach, love of people, educators and so on.
