Self Storage Resident Managers - Tucson, AZ

We are looking for a mature experienced management couple to manage and reside on our facility in Tucson, AZ.

Skills Required:: 

• Must be able to work with upper management team.
• Must be to possess a Professional, friendly,can do attitude. Excellent Customer Service skills, must be a Team Player and accept new challenges.
• Must have proficient computer experience, Microsoft office, word, excel, etc.
• Must reside in apartment on property.
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid DL and registered vehicle. 

Responsibilities:

• Renting Storage Units - access the best rate and unit size for the customers needs. (Customer comes first attitude)
• Collection Calls
• Making daily deposits
• Face to face Marketing in the local community.
• Reporting to District Manager and or upper management team.
• Property clean up, trash pick up, cleaning of storage units, light maintenance duties. Must be able to physically maintain property.
• Some maintenance / handy man skills required. drywall repair or replacement, replacing door latches, door seals, etc.
