West Hartford, CT adult couple is seeking an experienced/or professional training,  live-in Couple for their home and property. The right candidates will be organized, energetic, self-motivated, friendly, and flexible. They will also have pleasant dispositions and be dog lovers (they have 2 Kerry Blue terriers).

Skills required include:
* meticulous housekeeping skills
* gardening skills
* handyman abilities

Responsibilities will include:
* Housekeeping
* Laundry and ironing
* Running errands and purchasing
* Flower and vegetable gardening
* Flower arranging
* Caring for dogs
* Pool/spa maintenance
* General maintenance.

The couple owns another home, but the Couple’s responsibilities to this other home will be minimal and primarily during the winter months.

Property caretaking responsibilities include flower bed maintenance, large vegetable gardening care, mowing and weed whacking, and house maintenance (light painting, light bulb replacement, small carpentry work, and winter maintenance).

Housekeeping responsibilities will include laundry, ironing, cleaning special items like silver and crystal, purchasing supplies, and changing bed linens.
