Join us at the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! Multiple exciting opportunities await at Children in Crisis (CIC), one of the only facilities to serve young foster children and sibling groups in Northwest Florida. We are seeking a full-time, non-smoking, respite couple for our fully-furnished homes that serve up to 12 children, ages 6-17, in basic care. Applicants must be legally married couples with NO dependent children (or pets) to serve as the full-time respite “parents” in three of our homes on campus and provide relief for our full-time live-in parents on a rotating basis. Free housing in an efficiency apartment for your off-time, along with free utilities, basic cable, and high-speed internet is also provided for both of the two respite couples on our campus.

Full-time positions have a salary of $23,660 per person. Includes a cell phone allowance plus a generous employee benefits package including, but not limited to medical, dental, and employer-paid retirement.
