FEATURED JOB OPENING: Resident Management Team - Eugene, OR

RV & Boat Storage facility in Eugene, Oregon needs full-time resident management team to operate office and perform maintenance duties.

Duties include showing and renting RV storage spaces, completing rental agreements, posting rents to the computer, interacting with customers, distributing brochures and other duties as assigned. Must have strong computer and office skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel), excellent customer relations skills, be highly organized and capable of performing maintenance around the facility.

Compensaton includes Salary plus two (2) bedroom manufactured home, all utilities, paid holidays and two (2) weeks paid vacation.  Experience with RV’s a plus. No smokers, no pets. Hours 9:00am to 4:00pm Tuesday – Saturday.  Good employment references and background check required.
