FEATURED JOB OPENING: Innkeeper Couple - Friday Harbor, WA

We are looking for a couple to manage our highly-rated 20-room Inn located in beautiful Friday Harbor, Washington.  Friday Harbor is on San Juan Island, a premiere tourist destination in the San Juan Islands near Seattle, WA.   This is a full-time, long-term position, and includes an apartment to live in on-site.   

As the on-site managers, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the housekeeping staff, facilities, guest relationshions, and reservation process
• Participating in strategic planning, marketing, community relations and social media
• Hiring and managing housekeeping and front-desk staff
• Managing and working with outside vendors and repair persons
• Hands-on running the front desk, providing concierge servicdes, etc.
• Assisting with housekeeping, stripping and checking rooms, washing and folding laundry, etc
• Performing property and facilities maintenance, and backing up all other positions as necessary

This is a full-time position and we are looking for a high performing couple with relevant experience, tremendous professionalism and integrity and a passion for guest service, who have physical and mental stamina and can embody the role of "Innkeeper" with all that entails.
