The facility is completely enclosed and climate controlled, and we are looking for the best to run it. This position is perfect for sales minded, goal-oriented people. You must not be afraid of the competitive Texas market and be able to promote your facility above all the rest. Candidates with a strong background in sales, negotiating, marketing, and management are the most successful in this position. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the business. This will include clerical work, truck rentals, and maintenance. The right candidates will be well rounded in everything from computer skills to yardwork. We have a unique business model with extensive training but you must be a go getter to succeed. What we offer you:

 $50,000 to $60,000 per year for the team PLUS living quarters, for a 45 hour work week per manager that includes some weekend work.

We also offer a Bonus that is based off of your success to drive revenue. In other words, you share a percantage of the  profits if you are successful in raising the bottom line. Some teams bonus up to 40k in addition to their salary annually!
