Upscale Farm-to-Fork Country Inn in upstate Illinois is seeking a well-rounded, high energy individual or team to perform a variety of innkeeper tasks while managing the property's food service and kitchen. Duties will include: Food inventory, Ordering and costing, Kitchen stocking, Cleaning and maintenance, Breakfast and Dinner preparation and service, as well as responding to the Guest Experience on all levels.
The position includes housing, and will require ultimate flexibility, a positive attitude, and an ability to work any and all hours including providing guests with a smiling face at any hour of the day or night. The ideal candidate(s) brings a knowledge of hospitality, a passion for the culinary arts, an enthusiasm to maintain and grow the quality of our highly acclaimed "Country Gourmet" cuisine, and the ability to wear many hats throughout the day, while bringing a calm and confident quality to the team and our guests.
