FirstService Residential Minnesota is a large, well established and highly reputable firm specializing in community association management of over 500 condominium and townhome associations in downtown Minneapolis, St. Paul and greater metro area.

We are seeking live-in caretaker team for a property located downtown Minneapolis. This is a full-time position and a great opportunity for someone who is available week days during business hours.

Duties include cleaning of common areas, light maintenance, and limited management and on-call responsibilities. No leasing, cleaning or painting of units is required. We are seeking a conscientious, responsible and personable team who enjoy working independently, have an eye for detail and have some mechanical aptitude.
