Apartment manager & maintenance - Riverside, CA

I am seeking an organized and self-disciplined PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM to take charge of some of the administrative, and most of the physical maintenance opearations, as the on-site community managers of a 22 unit apartment building.

You'll be compensated with a 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom unit and in return you must collect the rent, give notices, show units to perspective tenants, do repairs, and maintain the cleanliness of the property.  You will be paid to clean and prepare the units for new tenants. 

It is ok with me if one of you has another source of income. But one of you must be at the property most of the time during business hours.
