Property Caretaker, North Carolina mountain - - Asheville area, NC

We are looking for an expereinced property caretaker (husband/wife) team to manage our family mountain lake house on a full time/ year round basis. Primary responsibilites include; interior and exterior buildings and property maintance, cleaning and keeping the property and equipment in top condition. Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined, willing to "do some of the work",  organized, personalable, ability and desire to interact with our family members and have the skill-set to hire and manage third party contractors.

Husband/wife team will be offered offsite stand-a-lone housing and full time salary. Flexible start date.
