Seeking a couple to manage cottage property in Muskoka, ON

Looking for a well groomed couple to manage a cottage property on Skeleton Lake in Muskoka, Canada.

This is a full-time job.  Couple must be hard working and willing to do a variety of tasks. Duties will include: general maintenance around the cottages and boathouse, yard work, gardening, housekeeping work and running errands when needed.  

Typical Schedule:

Winter months - Hours will be minimal.
-Plowing/snow removal when needed.
-Only 1 of the cottages will remain opened year round.  It will only be occupied on occasion by family members or friends who will stay for a short period of time.  In that event, the cottage can be prepped for their arrival and cleaned when they depart.  
The other seasonal cottage, guest cabin and boathouse will be closed up and winterized from October until May.  Checking in on them periodically would be needed.

Spring - Yard cleanup, spring cleaning of the cottages and boathouse.

Summer - Keeping the property looking in top shape throughout the summer.  This entails:  Making sure the decks, docks, pathways and volleyball court are blown off with a leaf blower on a daily basis.  Cleaning of the boats and water toys when needed.  Cleaning of the main cottage, guest cabin and boathouse when needed.  Running errands when needed.
