Mobile Home Park Managers (couples only) - Melbourne, FL

This is a couples only position with the wife having substantial property management office experience and excellent people skills.   The husband will be in charge of maintenance and must have residential remodeling experience.   He must have his own tools.  Please do not apply if you don't have mobile home management; apartment management; extended stay motel management or overseeing a portfolio of rented homes.  This is a full-time, permanent position with a family-owned business.   We pay $52,800 take home as well as provide a 2-bedroom, 2-bath doublewide mobile home including all utilities.   We have other benefits including a unique vacation package that you'll love.  All resumes will be carefully reviewed.    Must currently reside in Florida and interviews will be at our location
