Hello, have you seen these mountains? Not only is our Lodge right smack-dab in the middle of Grand Teton National Park, but it's the only lodge right on the shores of beautiful Jackson Lake. We're also a short 30 miles north of the town of Jackson where you can find lots of ways to enjoy your time off when you're not exploring the great outdoors. And did we mention we're just a couple hours from Yellowstone National Park? Yeah, we're pretty lucky... 

NEXT LEVEL MANAGEMENT

Each member of our year-round management team has called Signal home for at least 5 years - most for 10 or more! We believe in and instill in our management team a commitment to communication, transparency, teamwork, and putting our staff first. You are as likely to find our managers in the laundry room or the dish pit as you are to find them in their offices.

NEXT LEVEL COMMUNITY

Our Lodge has a consistent employee return rate of around 50%. This is a very high rate of return for a seasonal concessionaire and something we're proud of. We think it has a lot to do with the sense of community we cultivate, the emphasis we put on our staff's needs and wants, and the quality of our management. We're constantly striving to create an environment conducive to our staff having a balanced work life and personal life - and it seems to be working. After spending a summer here, you will come away with a greater sense of connection to others, to yourself, and to the environment - you might even find yourself coming back season after season like so many before you. 

There are a lot of exciting opportunities this time of year for the seasonal worker, but we hope you'll agree if you do end up working here that this place is special and unlike any other seasonal concessionaire. The people are amazing, the EDR food is shockingly good, and every dorm room has WiFi and its own bathroom. You can expect a fair wage, 2 days off per week, and managers who truly care about your success.
