We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Management Team who is EXPERIENCED in SELF STORAGE to work at a facility south of the Nashville area. Must have a positive attitude, a proven self storage management track record, can multi task and has a firm grip on the day to day operations of a storage facility, can make sound business decisions, offers excellent customer service, has professional telephone sales skills, is well organized, be good at collections and enjoys the challenge of turning around a property!

Facility was just purchased by owner out of the Great Lakes Area and seeks a professional self starter team who does not need to be micro managed. SiteLink and U-Haul experienced preferred.

2-3 bed apartment and will consider dogs and older children. We offer excellent pay and per lease bonus program. Must be EXPERIENCED IN SELF STORAGE, be able to provide verifiable past employment references and pass a background check.
