Job Description and Duties

We are en Eco Retreat and Tourism Center located in the "Cradle of Ecology" Fortuna de Bagaces, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. 30 ,iles from the Liberia Internarional Airport, about 50 miles from the North Pacific Beaches. We are a MOUNTAIN reserve

The Managers must be Multi-Faceted and with a passion about Nature, health, wellness and a desireto see people happy and enjoying themselves

Job Details

As a General Manager, you will be in charge of the day-to-day activities at Estancia and as we grow to recruit and maintain a well-trained staff.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Promote attendance, participation, or performance data related to wellness events
Provide timely reports indicating problems, improvements and the general condition of the facility
Maintain or arrange for maintenance of the facilities
Develop marketing campaigns to promote our location and our services
Conduct needs assessments or surveys to define interest in, or satisfaction with programs, events, or services
Prepare or implement budgets strategic, operational, purchasing, or maintenance plans
Organize oversee events like organized runs or walks
Schedule events such as Yoga and Meditation
Manage or oversee the recreation facilities, ensuring safe as well as clean facilities equipment
Develop fitness or wellness classes, like yoga, aerobics, strength training, or aquatics, ensuring a diversity of class offerings
Supervise fitness or wellness specialists, like fitness instructors, nutritionists, or health educators
Develop or coordinate fitness wellness programs or services
Use computer social media skills to promote our site

List of the Specific Duties

1.Manage the rental of the Units

2.Supervise the cleaning of the Cabins and sometimes help such cleaning

3.Supervise the general Maintenance of the Development, including pools etc.

Promote events and activities at Ailanto, these activities include Mud Runs, Spa, Yoga 5K Cross Fit etc.
Sell and coordinate the Tours around Costa Rica
Do whatever is necessary to generate income and reduce expenses
You are the Boss, you make all deciosions necessaryto maintain your investment viable
Promote and list the properties on all websites such as airbnb, Booking.com, Travel Adviser, VRBO
