FEATURED JOB OPENING: Apartment Property Management - Columbus Market Area, OH

Showe Management is seeking an experienced, organized and self-disciplined PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM to take charge of both the administrative and physical maintenance opearations as on on-site community managers at a multi-family property in the Columbus, Ohio area.  Each position is full-time and requires the ability to communicate and work well with one another, with support staff and, most importantly, our residents.

Each position is a working/supervisory role and the following are the desired skill sets for each:

ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS:

*RealPage One Site experience a plus or working knowledge of other similar property management software.

*3+ years as a property manager of a sizable multifamily housing community.

*Well-rounded working knowledge of all facets of apartment leasing and resident retention.

MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS:

*HVAC certification a plus but not required at the onset (will train).

*3+ years as property manager of a sizable multifamilyl housing community.

*Well-rounded working knowledge of all facets of apartment rehabs/turns/punches.

In addition, each role requires:

*Excellent oral and written communication, scheduling and supervisory skills with superior attention to detail.

*Experience in effectively working with vendors and contractors.

*Ability to multi-task and meet both property specific and corporate deadlines.

*Ability to manage and operate the property in accoprdance with corporate and industry specified standards.
