Mobile Home Park Community Management Team near Virginia Tech - Blacksburg, VA

Immediate, Permanent, Full-Time position in a 100-lot mobile home community in Blacksburg, VA.  We are looking for an experienced couple to be responsible for every aspect of our property.  This includes maintenance, safety, appearance, occupancy, retention, upholding lease policies and selling & marketing mobile homes.  You will be the face of our Community and the liaison between the tenants and the owners.

Ability to operate computer, iPhone, iPad, email and software required.

Ability to speak Spanish would be helpful but is not required.

Background and credit checks done on all applicants. 

Prefer live-in Management, if possible.
