A couple who has experience in property management in Ohio preferred mobile home parks, experience in maintenance and remodeling homes

Daily scope includes 

Collecting rent, making deposits, serve notices, attending court, daily walkthrough of park, enforcing rules, taking maitenance calls, performing maintenance duties, oversee on call maintenance staff.
