Self Storage Management Couple - Nampa, ID

Great opportunity for a couple to live and work together! We are a  locally owned Self-Storage Company in Idaho that is seeking a Resident Manager couple, to oversee the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility. We have pristine facilities and take pride in providing the best customer experience to our tenants. 

Responsibilties include: 

Customer Service including phone sales

General office and clerical skills including computer bookkeeping, rentals, vacates,   transfers and collection calls

Collection of money from customers and daily bank deposits

General maintenance and upkeep of the physical appearance of the office and restroom

Understanding and compliance with all operational policies and procedures

Merchandise sales, inventory and supply requisitions

Must have:

Excellent customer service skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal

Proficiency with Windows based personal computer applications

Ability to read and interpret instructions, documents such as rental agreements, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and policy manuals.

Must be organized, efficient and professional at all times.

Must be reliable, honest and trustworthy.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma. Weekend shifts plus a valid driver`s license and reliable transportation required. Required to live onsite. Pay starts at $2600/mo per couple,$DOE. Will work 35 to 40 hours each, 5 days/week (to be scheduled.)
