Innkeeper(s) for Small Inn in Western Sonoma County - Monte Rio, CA

A full-time innkeeper is needed to manage all aspects of operations for a small inn on several acres in western Sonoma County.  This is is an ideal opportunity for a customer-oriented couple, individual, or family. 

Responsibilities include guest reservations and check-ins, overseeing maintenance and improvements, managing small part-time cleaning staff, thinking of and implementing creative ways to increase revenue, helping with cleaning and repairs, and reporting to owners. The inn includes a hot tub, 10 cabins, and a manager's residence.  Job requirements: warm and friendly demeanor, computer literacy, willingness to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and creative business development and problem-solving skills. We also value great handyperson skills, experience managing a small part-time staff, experience in the hospitality industry, familiarity with Quickbooks software, familiarity with lodging reservation systems, and hot tub management experience.  Begin as early as April.
