If you have solid work ethics and are looking for a long-term career, this is the ad for you. We are looking for our next couple to join us as on-site property managers. We will train you to successfully complete all tasks listed in the job description, to maximize the rental potential of self-storage facilities and excel in all aspects of self-storage transactions: i.e. customer service, rentals, record-keeping, property upkeep, etc.
These individual swill need to participate in all aspects of the job to ensure the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, a strong desire to grow the business through, “out of the box thinking”, helping to develop effective branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers. The individual must be able to conduct themselves professionally, while serving customers and have the ability to perform office duties, as well as work outside of the office: i.e. light electrical (light bulbs), cleaning units, minor repairs, removal of debris, etc. Additional responsibilities include community involvement through marketing initiatives.

Work Status: Full-Time
Pay: depending on experience, open
Hours: •Monday - 9:00 - 6:00 •Tuesday - 9:00 - 6:00 •Wednesday - 9:00 - 6:00 •Thursday - 9:00 - 6:00 •Friday - 9:00 - 6:00 •Saturday - 9:00 - 6:00 •Sunday - 1:00 - 5:00
