Position Description:

Full time position: 5 days a week, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Position includes: answering phones, taking payments, renting units, making bank deposits, mailing letters, making collection calls, maintenance and keeping the grounds clean

Includes a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath 950 Square Foot Apartment, garage with utilities
Qualifications:

Prior self storage managerial experience

Sales experience (in person and phone sales)

Outgoing, self motivated and personable

Compensation:

Salary $50,000 yearly salary per couple plus bonuses on performance, rentals and merchandise sales
