Hotel Operation/Maintenance Management Team - WILLOW CREEK, CA

Tire of the hustle and bustle of the city, come join us in our beautiful small town. Willow Creek is a small town that is about 45 minutes drive from Eureka and about 2 hours drive from Redding. It's cascade with magnificent beauty - a town with river fun in mountain sun. This is a  motel that is well established in the local community and with long standing client base.

Recently, we have done multiple remodeling projects and upgraded the facilities to the property. We look for clean and matriculate working couple with the zeal and passion for excellent guest services, integrity with accurate & timely accounting, dedication to the day-to-day operation of the business and have good understanding on ways to improve the rating of and increase the occupancy of the motel. Desired candidate must be pleasant, honest, courteous, hospitable with commitment, zeal and passion for the business. Though not required, preferable someone with experience in the field of hospitality.  Opportunity to reside in all utilities (except wifi)  paid modest one bedroom, large eat-in kitchen manager unit.  

Business Role:

-Manage Front Desk & guest service

-Provide accurate reporting of cash register and clear reporting of room reservation

-Ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operation

-Perform cleaning and maintenance of lobby and common area of the motel

-Certain level of creativity and latitude is expected

-Perform variety of tasks as and when required

-Oversees the works of others like housekeepers, ground keepers, pest control vendors, linen suppliers etc

-Ability to build strong relationship with guests and employees and establish high standard of work quality.

-Active and able to connect with local businesses

Handyman/Maintenance/Project Role:

-Skilled handyman able to work on plumbing, minor electrical, sheet rock, carpentry and finishing 

-Unclog bathroom, toilet unplug sink etc

-Paint, clean, and general repairs at the facility

-Upkeep common ground, mow lawn, yard work and landscape related tasks

-Maintain all lighting of the property

-Keep good record of maintenance equipments, building supplies and working tools

-Keep an eye on the security of the property

-Perform variety of tasks as and when required
