10 minutes from Mobile bay.  30 minutes from the gulf of mexico.  This can be arranged as a part time opportunity for a retired couple that wants to enjoy all the benefits of living in a beautiful coastal area without the high living expense usually associated with living on this type of property.  Stabling of your own horse on the property is an option.  The property has a full arena and jump field.  Background checks will be performed.
