We are looking for a management team that would enjoy working and living in the Dutchess County area.  The job provides a very nice home.  The mobilehome park is located in Poughkeepsie, NY; it is a family park made up primarily of resident owned homes.  The park is well-maintained with 185 spaces. 

We are looking for a team experienced in providing mobilehome park management to include knowledge of computers, office, customer service, guest relations, sales, and rent collections skills is needed for the inside position and basic maintenance, landscape care, swimming pool experience, vendor and resident relations skills needed for the outside position.

The position provides an attractive salary, beautiful manager's house, vacation time. This is a long-term position.
