Looking for couple to do maintenance and administration of small waterfront adult RV park and marina (dock rental only) in NE Florida. You get 30 or 50 AMP full hook up site with water, electric, sewer, WiFi, Cable and dock space if needed.

Great fishing area. Mostly long term teneants. Limited short term rentals. This is a quiet and peaceful park "Old Florida revisited" and we want to keep it at such. Close to numerous activities, beaches, airports, Nascar, Pro Football, and Mayo Clinic. Additional monthly compensation based on performance of park and marina.
