Self Storage management opportunities of this level don't come along often... in fact, only 3 times in the past 20 years has there been an opening for Management Team here! Then we are looking for you. This opening is for a TWO PERSON TEAM ONLY

This is a 40 hour per week responsibility for each Team Member. You will have an assistant manager for coverage during time off.

You will:
• Provide OUTSTANDING Customer Service
• Keep the property METICULOUS, inside AND out at all times. Our customers say we are the "nicest in Phoenix" and we expect it kept that way.
• Preferably have 3 years experience in Self Storage but not required
• Be comfortable with computers and business management software
• Type 40wpm or better
• Sell and process Self Storage leases both in person and over the phone
• Keep detailed documentation
• Be responsible for bank deposits and timely reporting
• Be responsible for collections and auctions
• Have basic maintenance skills
• Network with the community and prospect for new business

Please:
• Be able to lift 25lbs, sit, stand, bend, stoop and walk for extended periods
• Be able to pass credit and background check
• Have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Have high school diploma or better
