Manage Couple - Dallas, TX

We are looking for a modivated couple to live on site and run the daily management of a Self Storage property in Dallas.  Compensation includes housing paid utilities , hourly pay and bonuses.  This property has a nice 2 bedroom/1 bath apt with a 2 car garage and small yard. 

You will be responsible for customer relations, collecting rents, renting units, promoting the property by marketing to the area, cleaning units, collections and auction management, and keeping the grounds clean, mowing and keeping the grounds free of weeds.  This property does rent trucks so truck rental history is a plus.  We need you to be a people person and most importantly a self starter.  You need to both be computer literate.
