Property Manager for Mobile Home Park - Cross Lanes, WV

• Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy and confronting violators; inspecting vacant units
• Secures property by contracting with security patrol service; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
• Advertise vacant units and perform tenant screenings
• Act as liaison between tenants and property owners, providing regular updates regarding park operations 
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Living on-site at assigned properties
• Strong interpersonal skills to instill sense of community at parks
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive communication to identify issues with ownership
• Enhanced negotiation abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and simple bookkeeping software
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
