RV Park / Mobile Home Park Management - Coulterville/Yosemite, CA

I am in escrow to purchase this RV / Mobile home park. I'm looking for a manager or couple that can keep improving, cleaning up and beautifying the park. I will pay a flat negotiated salary along with a financial incentive based on sales. Ideally looking for a husband wife team.

Park is located 20 miles from Yosemite in the mountainous town of Coulterville.

1) Managing rental income from mobile home portion 2) Checking in and out RV portion of the park 3) Must have handyman skills 4) Must know basic computer skills - Microsoft office, operate online booking apps like Airbn, basic Quickbooks skills, must be able to take digital images and email them etc. 5) Overall basic running, maintaining and managing of the entire 14 acre property in the mountains. 6) Taking care of routine maintenance, permits and inspections.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
