Office Manager and Traveling Maintenance Person - Rock Hill, SC

Small Self Storage company seeking management couple (one manager and one maintenance person) to help oversee operations.  Manager will provide phone support for customers, communicate with other managers, work on special projects including new development, organize lawn care at all locations, handle level 2 customer issues and coordinate Maintenance of all facilities.  Maintenance person duties includes cleaning units, repairing doors and buildings, maintaining gate systems, keypads and security systems, ensuring the grounds are clean.

Basic computer skills required for the manager.  Mainance person should have basic carpentry and welding skills.

Our locations are primarily in North and South Carolina.  Maintenance position includes company truck and reimbursement for fuel and hotel when required to stay overnight.  Management position requires some travel to visit and inspect locations and train new managers.  

Couple must be able to pass drug test and background check.  Wages start at $12 hr for Manager and $15 hr for Maintenance.
