Innkeeper Couple - Southwest Florida, FL

We are currently looking for a mature couple with experience in management and hospitality.  

Here is a basic list of requirments

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping/maintenance of the property ensuring that the establishment consistently delivers a level of customer service that not only meets but exceeds guests' expectations. 
• Must be knowledgeable and able to do general maintenance and housekeeping on a regular basis. We expect our innkeepers to be "working managers"  
• Must be willing to clean  rooms and adhere to cleaning procedures and keep motel up to health code standards.
• Must have a willingness to work on weekends and holidays and some evenings are required.
• Must live on location.
