We are currently seeking a self storage resident management team for an active facility near the DC Metro area, MUST HAVE a proven track record of successful property management!

Must be experienced in Word programs, self storage programs preferred, SiteLink helpful. Please be friendly and outgoing, physically able to perform general maintenance duties on the lot year round, offer excellent customer service, have professional telephone sales skills, be well organized and treat the property as if they were the owner! You will be asked provide verifiable current references and pass a background and or drug check if required.
