FEATURED JOB OPENING: Seeking COUPLE for Motel management position in Southern Colorado - South Fork, CO

Seeking reliable couple to manage a well-established, highly-rated motel in Southern Colorado. This is a full-time, live-in position. Job requires a customer service oriented, highly energetic couple with a great personalities to deal with guests. Prior hospitality and management experience preferred, but willing to train the right couple. 

Duties include managing all aspects of operations, check-in, check-out, handling reservations, ordering and purchasing supplies, managing the housekeeping staff, and general property maintenance.

Peak months are busy and require long-hours, multi-tasking, and ability to work well under pressure.The successful candidates will report regularly to owners.

Compensation will be discussed and will include a onsite two bedroom fully furnished apartment with all utilities paid. 

 1 year commitment required. Will consider profit-sharing and lease-options for qualified applicants.
