FEATURED JOB OPENING: Ranch/Caretaker Managment Couple - Lincoln, Placer County, CA

Seeking Honest, Self-Motivated Responsible “COUPLE NEEDED” to manage daily operations of a 240acre Ranch in the Northern California Foothills of the Sierra Mountains in Placer County (15minute drive from town of Lincoln).    

Experience with generalized ranch and farm operations is necessary, including but not limited to: Tractor, backhoe and mower work Basic in ground irrigation systems Chainsaw and tree cutting Fencing and gate repair Experience with cattle (approximately 100 head) and poultry care Basic mechanical maintenance of farming equipment ATV and UTV maintenance Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing Home maintenance and repair Pool and hot tub maintenance and upkeep Yard and landscaping maintenance Weekly housekeeping (approximately 8 hours a week) Occasional shopping and errands Occasional cooking and baking Basic handyman skills Couple must have excellent health and a strong work ethic.
