Russian speaking family seeks an experienced hands on domestic couple to live in their large estate. The ideal couple will be one that is Russian speaking with prior hands-on housekeeping experience working in a similar situation  This couple will be able to handle the duties between indoor and outdoor job responsibilities. This position will be one where the principals live in the States and Russia part of the year and need you to live in the home permanently

Responsibilities of a Live In Russian Speaking Domestic Couple Needed New York

·      Housekeeping: Full detailed interior and exterior cleaning

·      Laundry: Laundry duties including bed linens and beds, ironing

·       Meal Preperation: plan, prep,prepare and serve meal

        Errands: Run Errands as required by principals.

        Exterior: Maintain the outside of the home by sweeping leaves from patio

        Automobile Care: Maintain the cars and and keep clean, gas up the cars

        Interior of home: Everything related to the cleanliness and maintanence of the home

·       Basic household maintenance and minor domestic repairs and replacements.

·       Answer phones and take messages for the household.

               Requirements of the Live In Russian Speaking Domestic Couple Needed New York

·       Prior In home 3-5 years experience working in a large home where discretion, loyalty, thoroughness and honesty are required.

·       Ability to reside on the property Monday to Friday,and 7 days when principals are out of town.

·       Legal to work in US

·       Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend.

·       Willing to submit to stringent background screenings

·       Must be able to maintain a high degree of ethics and professionalism

·       Must be well organized and a self-starter

·       Ability to work independently and/or with a team

·       Must demonstrate unquestionable integrity at all times

Compensation of the Live In Couple

·       Salary: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 /year
