Seeking a mature Property Management Team to operate a 75+ mobile home community in Pensecola, FL (Escambia County). Our all-age family park requires strong maintenance and professional management with strong rule enforcement capabilities. Bi-lingual helpful, competitive compensation with free lot or housing included.
Required (combined skills and experience):
Must have previously worked in property management with strong computer skills, common sense, communication skills (written and verbal), knowledge across the trades, and enjoy people.
One team member must be physically able to perform maintenance and upkeep duties; manage property projects and repairs; have knowledge and/or execution skills to maintain property and homes. The other team member must be able to perform office duties and home sales including experience with Microsoft Office. Please include a resume for each team member with your reply.
Preferred: Prior experience in managing a mobile home park, RV park, or apartments.
