13 Room Extended Stay Motel Manager(s) - Folkston, GA

Motel Manager with free living onsite.

Single person or couple

We are looking for honest, dependable, and hardworking individual or couple. Salary plus additional benefits include a large live in manager suite (no pets & no smoking) valued at $1,000/month.

Duties:

Perform Front Desk duties including checking in and out guests. Answering telephone inquiries and addressing guest concerns in a professional manner. Maintaining the property, including completing basic repairs and maintenance.

Other responsibilities include inspecting units, light turnover cleaning when needed, common area maintenance, and oversees housekeeping.

Skills:

Strong customer service, interpersonal, supervisory and organizational skills.

Prior on-site property management experience a plus.

Experience in light maintenance/handyman skills

Knowlege of computers

Requirement:

Able to live on premises and provide night service if applicable. Must be willing to execute other duties as assigned
