We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified cook and server preferably a couple to assist in running our restaurant. Our restaurant offers a fine dining experience with stunning views that overlook Jacks Lake and the Summer Lake Valley. It features high quality modern American cuisine, with an emphasis on unique specials and home cooking. It is a restaurant that often caters for a variety of events including weddings and corporate functions.

The successful applicants will have previous experience:
Managing a busy kitchen
Setting menus and food pricing
Ordering and monitoring supplies
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers. This will be a part time position mid-week and weekends with onsite housing provided. couples are preferred but we are considering all applicants.
