We have an exciting opportunity for a team who is interested in Serving as a Self Storage Property Managers at our brand new facility in Alexandria, VA. This role is ideal for someone who likes a fast paced environment, who can build and establish a client base while maintaining the day-to-day operation of a self-storage property. This role allows you to interact with customers in identifying their storage needs, and providing real-time, cost-effective solutions. You will also help to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide general information regarding our company and policies. If you like to be active during the day, there is also time to inspect and maintain the property grounds and buildings in order to retain the highest standard of quality with regard to cleanliness, safety, and visual appearance. This is the perfect role for someone who likes to be active but also interact with people in a positive and rewarding environment.

Our Property Managers are required to have a High School degree or equivalent. The ideal candidate has the ability to relate and interact with a diverse clientele, and solve practical problems fairly, quickly, with a satisfactory solution for all parties. We need someone who is computer proficient, and understands basic programs such as Microsoft Office. We are open 7 days a week, from 9:30am-6:00pm . Some weekend and holiday work hours are required. Due to the nature of this position, all property managers must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and the ability to arrive at their assigned location on time and ready to work.

Please note, housing is NOT provided for this role. This is a Non-Resident Property Manager position.
