FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self Storage Facility Managers - Foley, AL

We are seeking a resident management couple to manage a Self Storage facility near Gulf Shores, AL.  We prefer a mature, energetic couple that is seeking a long term position.  We provide a private 2,000 SF apartment with all utilities paid.

Candidates need to be dependable with good customer service skills.  Computer skills are a must.

The job entails renting of storage units, renting of Penske trucks, cleaning and maintenance of the facility.

Candidates must be able to legally work in the US, and must have good references.  A background check will be conducted.  If you have a drug or alcohol problem, please do not apply.  Candidates must be non-smokers as this is a non-smoking facility.  

We provide a competitive salary and a bonus structure that is very generous.  In fact, several of our employees make more in Bonus than they do in Salary.  This is an excellent opportunity for a manager that wants to manage a facility and be responsible.  We do not "Micro-manage" our employees; we are looking for true managers.  Many of our employees have been with us in excess of 10 years.
