Assistant Resident Managers COUPLES ONLY - Clearwater, BC

A seasonal (summer) resort in Beautiful British Columbia is seeking an Assistant Management Couple.

This post is suitable for active and motivated people that are willing and able to work with and without direct supervision. The successful candidates must have a passion for Guest Service excellence and must be accustomed to and/or willing to live and work in a remote location.

Together, the ideal couple will have relevant Front Office experience, a solid background in Food and Beverage, handyman skills, equipment maintenance skills, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and be willing to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.

Demonstrated success in leading a diverse team, knowledge and ability to safely operate machinery, equipment, power and hand tools and work safely with chemicals and cleaning agents; as well as being able to perform moderate to heavy lifting is required.
