Motel Resident Manager Team (Umpqua Basin)

Compensation: Negotiable salary w/bonuses and apartment including utilities

Seeking full time resident manager COUPLE (maximum number of adults - 2, no pets) for 31 keys franchise motel in Roseburg, OR

The motel is known for its excellent customer service and the resident managers will be expected to maintain the level of quality and personal service that our guests have come to enjoy. The brand name is very critical to parent company.

Duties include, but are not limited to, front desk management, reservations, guest services, hiring, training and management of housekeeping, laundry, and other staff, light housekeeping, day to day maintenance work and general property upkeep.

Requirements:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

- Previous motel management experience

- Strong customer service and cash handling skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve guest concerns immediately

- Good computer skills.

- Must have a valid driver's license.

- Must be able to lift 40 pounds

- Able to pass background, credit and drug test

- Other general duties of manager, as defined by the corporate from time to time.
