FEATURED JOB OPENING: Mobile Home Park/Subdivision Management Couple - El Paso, TX

LOOKING FOR an experienced management team to manage an all ages manufactured home community/subdivision in EL Paso, TX. Must have property management experience. Must have experience with Rent Manager or similar. This is a premier multi faceted community which has many moving parts. Will need strong and organized leaders.

Job duties for management aspect include experience in a general office with strong communication and marketing skills, attention to detail, computer skills, collecting rents and making deposits, processing monthly reports, enforcing rules and regulations, issuing rule violation notices when necessary, screening prospective residents and processing new resident paperwork. Landscaping, maintenance, and mobile home remodeling is a part of this position.

Must have maintenance experience Must have the ability to deal with resident issues and prospective residents in a professional manner, handle after hours emergencies, be organized and able to prioritize projects.

Bilingual is a plus!
