Seeking an individual or couple to manage self-storage rental units and office rentals. We are looking for a self-motivated individuals with strong customer service skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advises and directs the customers to the correct size storage unit
- Conveys the features and benefits of our storage facility/office rentals to the customer
- Executes all documents associated with leasing
- Maintains office files and cash reports
- Responsible for the maintenance of the storage facility
- Uses company phone techniques on every phone call
- Keeps the property and office clean and organized
- Performs collection calls as necessary
- Schedule auctions
- Marketing
- Signage
- Computer literate
Must have a working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word. Property management experience is a plus. Drug testing, background check and a clean MVR are required.
