Seeking Couple or Individual permanent caretaker ASAP to live on car wash property (Rent Free and Paid Water Utility) located in East San Antonio, TX in exchange for contract work of 10-20 hours/week general maintenance at car wash.

Tasks include cleaning up parking lot (daily), emptying trash cans, emptying vacuum cleaners, cut small lawn area and other related tasks. Mechanical or carpentry experience preferred. Must have a clean criminal and eviction record, be mature, dependable, able to lift 50lbs and ready to work. Background check required. Caretaker is responsible for electric utility. The mobile home is a new 2017 model, recently bought and never lived in.
