Manufactured Housing Community Manager - Kilgore, TX

Looking for a Management Team to become part of our Team. Candidates should have good written, verbal, people and communication skills as well as a good work ethic. Must also be computer literate, detail oriented, and ability to multi task as well as marketing and selling our company owned homes.

Candidates need to be reliable and trustworthy as well as a criminal background.   Candidates must live on site or within 5 miles of the community.

Job duties consist of but not limited to: Enforcing timely rent payment, enforcing community Rules and Regulation, overseeing employees and vendors, evictions, serving notices to Residents, holding community events, handling resident concerns in a timely manner, and numerous daily duties. Maintenance duties will include full maintenance responsibility. This is a hands-on working position. This will involve having company-owned mobile homes in a for-sale, habitable and safe condition, maintaining the infrastructure and curb appeal of the community, light electrical, plumbing and all other responsibilities associated with the maintenance of the community. You are to follow our policies and procedures.
